1. How long will it take to receive the goods after payment?

2. Tracking.
- You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
- Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to update.
- If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours.
3. Delivery Time Exceeded
If your order is delayed, please contact us via email at support@snkmvsx.com, we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.
4. Order Cancellations
- We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment is finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money. （you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, and Refunds will arrive in your account within 2-10 working days)
- Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
How do I know my package has shipped and is on its way?
When your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your order will be processed and when it's ready to leave our warehouse you will receive a second email with tracking information for your shipment. When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-ordered products will ship when the product becomes available. You will be notified by email if the anticipated release date has changed or when your product has shipped.
Taxes, Customs, & Duties
Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import duties, tariffs, and taxes If the package is checked by your country's customs office when the item arrives in your country. Please email us at support@snkmvsx.com to request the customs invoice.
